Emergency services attended Byron Park in Wealdstone following a stabbing on the evening of July 1.
The Metropolitan Police responded to the scene shortly after 9pm after receiving a call from the London Ambulance Service regarding an attack involving numerous people.
Three male victims, aged in their late teens and twenties, sustained injuries during the altercation and were transported to hospital for treatment.
Medical staff confirmed their conditions are not considered to be life-threatening or permanent.
Investigations remain active and witnesses with relevant information have been urged to call the police non-emergency number 101 and reference the code CAD 8341/01JUL26.
Officers have identified multiple separate incidents in the surrounding neighbourhood that appear unrelated, and inquiries into the circumstances continue.
A force representative stated that residents’ worries are acknowledged. The official indicated that officers would maintain a high visibility presence throughout the area to conduct investigations and offer reassurance to the community.
