Harrow Fireworks Display back at Byron Park with Diwali and Guy Fawkes show

Published on

Byron Park in Harrow is preparing to welcome thousands of visitors for one of the borough’s most anticipated annual occasions on Saturday, November 7, 2026.

The Harrow Fireworks Display will bring together Diwali and Guy Fawkes Night traditions in a combined celebration featuring afternoon and evening entertainment, food vendors, amusement attractions and children’s activities, with the main musical fireworks finale expected to begin around 7.45pm.

Significant modifications have been implemented for the upcoming edition.

The physical layout of the venue has undergone a complete redesign, and the daytime programme has been considerably expanded.

A dedicated stage production honouring Diwali, known as the Festival of Light, will be introduced alongside a larger Guy Fawkes-themed presentation.

Both productions will occupy prominent positions within an event structure created to unite diverse cultural traditions in a single community gathering.

Among the new additions is an extensive inflatable zone showcasing some of the largest inflatables ever brought to the occasion.

A renewed selection of fairground rides will also be available, alongside an updated food offering that provides visitors with street food, desserts and more substantial dining options throughout the day.

Evening entertainment will continue with the returning Fizz Kids pre-show before the main fireworks display takes centre stage.

The event has historically drawn thousands of attendees, including families, friendship groups and visitors from Harrow and the surrounding region who return year after year.

The blend of daytime attractions and evening festivities is intended to appeal to a broad demographic, whether attendees are primarily interested in the pyrotechnics or simply wish to experience the vibrant atmosphere of a major local celebration.

A complimentary entry window will operate between noon and 3pm, enabling guests to experience the food stalls, rides and attractions before the evening programme commences.

Evening admission begins at £8, with premium options offering additional benefits for those seeking an enhanced experience.

Early reservation is recommended, as previous editions have attracted considerable attendance.

The fusion of Diwali and Bonfire Night observances has become a distinguishing characteristic of the Harrow programme.

Rather than concentrating exclusively on conventional November 5 festivities, the celebration has evolved into a broader cultural occasion that combines fireworks with live entertainment, culinary offerings and activities drawn from two significant autumn traditions.

A notable development concerns the future relationship between the event and Byron Park.

Confirmation has been received that renovation work at the park will necessitate a venue change for the 2027 edition.

Further information regarding the alternative location will be released once arrangements have been finalised, though organisers have indicated the event will maintain its existing scale and character despite the temporary relocation.

The 2026 edition will therefore offer attendees a final opportunity to experience the celebration at Byron Park before the planned improvement works commence.

Total Home Fireworks will serve as the event sponsor, with retail fireworks available for purchase for individuals planning private displays.

Purchases can be made through the company’s website or at their physical location.

The Harrow Fireworks Display occurs on Saturday, November 7, with entry at Byron Park, Peel Road, Harrow, HA3 7QX.

Admission is complimentary between noon and 3pm, with the main musical fireworks scheduled for approximately 7.45pm.

Evening tickets from £8 can be obtained online.
