Haute Dolci opens custom ice-lolly kiosk at Brent Cross shopping centre

A fresh sweet treat stall has launched at the Brent Cross retail complex, offering shoppers the opportunity to create their own frozen ice-cream sticks.

Those familiar with Haute Dolci’s dessert establishments will recognise their offering of tasty waffles, thin pancakes, frozen desserts and beverages at locations in Wembley Park and Harrow.

For those unfamiliar, this inaugural concept represents something different – a convenient option to enjoy attractively packaged sweets while browsing the shops.

Patrons select their foundation frozen treat from strawberry, milk chocolate or nut chocolate varieties before adding coatings and garnishes. The stand occupies the main floor entrance area, the team maintains the same welcoming and charming approach found at the cafes, and the brand’s characteristic chocolate fountain flowing with three varieties of melted cocoa makes an impressive centrepiece.

The innovative element is designing your own frozen stick. Shoppers choose between pistachio, strawberry, chocolate or chocolate hazelnut flavours then select three accompaniments blended together using a cocktail mixing vessel.

The frozen bar then receives a dip in your preferred covering – a strawberry base paired excellently with dark chocolate – before receiving your selection of nuts, dried fruits, chocolate eggs, smashed honeycomb or toffee bits, and is completed with an additional pour of Belgian chocolate.

The outcome delivers a luxurious and velvety texture with a chocolate punch sufficient to curb sweet tooth desires throughout the day.

The stand additionally offers Matcha beverages alongside quality espresso and non-alcoholic cocktails which prove refreshing during warm weather.

Haute Dolci’s fresh Dolci Mono stand at Brent Cross Shopping Centre provides refreshments, sweets, waffles and personalised chocolate-dipped frozen bars.

Sampling included a vanilla Matcha prepared in an entertaining demonstration, plus a berry-based mocktail to accompany our frozen creations.

The outlet also retails fresh strawberries dipped in that renowned chocolate fountain alongside freshly baked waffles.

Our waffle arrived in an elongated format for convenient eating and featured a delectable pistachio chocolate inspired by Dubai-style confections.

Haute Dolci’s adorable miniature sweet treats have also attracted considerable interest from visitors to the stand which launched the previous month.

These showcase French-style bakery craftsmanship with meticulous attention to detail – one shaped like a citrus fruit contained curd, airy cake and lemon buttercream, while a red fruit version sat within a fruit glaze housing raspberry foam.

Additional options encompass compact Basque cheesecakes and tiered chocolate sponges which are so exquisitely made that customers may wish to transport them for private indulgence at home.
