A fresh British crime drama is set to debut on television this week.
Hit Point marks U&Dave’s inaugural original scripted series, following two detectives as they probe the disappearance of millions of pounds in West London.
The detective duo of Leo and Bella are portrayed by Nick Blood, known for his role in Slow Horses, and Saffron Hocking, who starred in Top Boy.
The production comes from writer Howard Overman, the creative force behind Misfits and The War of the Worlds, with direction handled by David Caffrey, whose credits include The Gentleman and Peaky Blinders.
Series one features the following performers in their respective roles: Nick Blood as Leo, Saffron Hocking as Bella, William Abadie as Pascal, Brendan Coyle as Michael, Peter Serafinowicz as Carter, Nadia Parkes as Sophia, Moe Bar-El as Dylan, Ossian Perret as Lucas, and Joshua Sher as Alfie.
The programme will premiere on Thursday, August 13, airing across U&Dave, U&W and U&Drama channels.

Reacher draws from Lee Child’s novel Gone Tomorrow, while My Brilliant Career adapts Miles Franklin’s book of the same name.
