The Care Quality Commission awarded the facility top marks across every category during its recent evaluation. Inspectors noted the property’s inviting environment, characterizing it with terms such as relaxed and welcoming, and highlighted the genuine connections formed between team members and those in their care.
According to the official assessment, exchanges between staff and residents displayed genuine warmth and significance, fostering an atmosphere described as calm and tranquil. The establishment accommodates 67 elderly individuals, a number of whom are affected by dementia.
Personnel expressed satisfaction with their workplace, emphasising the encouraging culture fostered within the facility. One employee remarked feeling honoured to be part of the team, noting the upbeat nature of the environment and suggesting residents were aware of the positive atmosphere. Family members also offered complimentary feedback, with relatives describing workers as diligent and accomplished.
The property’s director, Tamas Fazekas, earned recognition for maintaining accessibility and prompt responsiveness. Management stated the assessment demonstrates the organisation’s sustained focus on delivering excellent, empathetic support. The favourable outcome was attributed to workforce commitment and the superior standards of care extended to residents.
