New Harrow golf centre faces massive planning application review

A golfing facility located in the vicinity of Stanmore has prompted an exceptionally substantial planning document.

Planning committee members are being consulted on whether upcoming proposals at the site are of sufficient scale or sensitivity to require a comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment, a determination that will influence how any subsequent development is reviewed.
