In cases where appointments must be changed, patients may receive short notice. The hospital assures that all efforts will be made to notify patients as early as possible, primarily via phone calls. If you're scheduled to visit us, this means we will not cancel your visit unless we are certain we must." Patients are advised to attend as normal unless they receive notification of changes. The hospital also requests that people inform them if they no longer need their appointments, so the slot can be given to someone else.
