Harrow: Weekend Tube Disruptions and Line Changes

The weekend has arrived, so here’s the rundown on Transport for London (TfL) scheduled disruptions from Friday, February 27, through Sunday, March 1.

Necessary maintenance means certain stations will experience full or partial closures.

Below is a comprehensive list of anticipated changes across the London Underground, Overground, and Elizabeth Line.

London Tube and Overground disruptions this weekend

Friday, February 27

Lioness: On Friday, February 27, the 0529 service originating from Watford Junction toward Euston will commence its journey from Willesden Junction at 0604 instead.

Mildmay: On Friday, February 27, until 0615, there will be no southbound services traveling from Willesden Junction toward Shepherd’s Bush.

Suffragette: On Friday, February 27, the 0548 service from Barking Riverside to Gospel Oak and the 0624 service from Gospel Oak to Barking Riverside will be suspended.

Barons Court: Starting Monday, January 19, through Sunday, June 7, eastbound services will bypass Barons Court station.

Cutty Sark: This station remains shut until spring 2026 while all four escalators undergo replacement. Passengers should use the adjacent Greenwich DLR station to continue their journey.

Saturday, February 28

Bakerloo: On Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, no service operates between Queens Park and Harrow & Wealdstone.

Circle: On Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, no service runs between Edgware Road and Aldgate via Victoria.

District: On Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, no service operates between Earls Court and Kensington (Olympia) / Whitechapel.

Hammersmith and City: On Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, no service runs between Whitechapel and Barking, with the exception of very limited early morning and late evening services.

Lioness: On Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, no service operates between Euston and Watford Junction.

Mildmay: On Saturday, February 28, the 2156 service from Willesden Junction to Stratford will not run.

Barons Court: From Monday, January 19, through Sunday, June 7, eastbound services will not stop at Barons Court.

Cutty Sark: This station remains closed until spring 2026 while all four escalators are replaced. Use the nearby Greenwich DLR station to complete your journey.

Waterloo & City line: Service runs between 6am and 12:30am, Monday through Friday only. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank/public holidays.

Sunday, March 1

Bakerloo: Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, no service between Queens Park and Harrow & Wealdstone.

Circle: Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, no service between Edgware Road and Aldgate (via Victoria).

District: Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, no service between Earls Court and Kensington (Olympia) / Whitechapel.

DLR: Sunday, March 1, no service between Shadwell and Tower Gateway.

Elizabeth Line: Sunday, March 1, from 0740 until 1100, no service between Abbey Wood / Stratford and Paddington.

Sunday, March 1, until 0740, no service between Abbey Wood / Stratford and Ealing Broadway.

Hammersmith & City: Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, no service between Whitechapel and Barking, except for a very limited early morning and late evening service.

Lioness: Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1, no service between Euston and Watford Junction.

Suffragette: Sunday, March 1, until 1430, a reduced service operates between Barking Riverside and Woodgrange Park.

Windrush: Sunday, March 1, no service between New Cross Gate and West Croydon / Crystal Palace, and no service between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction / Battersea Park.

Cutty Sark: This station is closed until spring 2026 while all four escalators at the station are replaced. Use the nearby Greenwich DLR station to complete your journey.

Waterloo & City line: Service operates between 6am and 12:30am, Monday to Friday only. There is no service on Saturdays, Sundays, and on bank/public holidays.

Barons Court: From Monday, January 19 to Sunday, June 7, eastbound trains will not call at Barons Court.
